Bradbury & Co was formed when Peter Bradbury left Ernst & Young in 1989 to open an accountancy practice in Driffield. Peter was joined by Dave Lockwood, who previously worked in the taxation department of Ernst & Young.

 

The practice was incorporated in 1999 and now employs 17 staff, 8 of whom are qualified accountants or tax advisers. By having low staff turnover, we are able to offer clients continuity of service, which we regard as a key contributor to the relationships we make with clients and ultimately, the success of our business. 

 

We have a strong commitment to training employees and are pleased that six of our current qualified staff are now Chartered Certified Accountants following training contracts with us. Moreover, once qualified, all of our staff attend further courses in accountancy and taxation departments to ensure we keep up to date with the ever-changing legislation.
